Well salt losing is still a variable thing, and there are the odd LOCAHers that are only diagnosed very late in life, and never take any glucocorticoid replacement. I'll try and dig out that report and I'll drop you a PM on the UK board.
What can I say, my physiology clearly shares my conscious tendencies to be different! ;)
