Hi Kathy,

You've probably gathered from my overall attitude in my posts that I'm very much a "don't create a problem if it's not already there" kind of guy, so as long as I feel well and the labs agree with that then I'm as happy as can be. The indicator that was out of range that instigated this was my renin (although my aldosterone had been fractionally abnormal before, but everything else was ok so this was ignored at the time). It was just taken as a normal blood test, not lying/standing, and no other tests taken. I've been back since, a month or 2 after starting the fludro, and all my labs were back to being spot on and I felt fine, so I was happy to take that as a verdict. I've just started training again recently, and haven't noticed any ill effects either from exertion.

It's just another page in the book to me now really, I've got a handle on it, it's not causing me problems, and the only change it's really meant is to take one extra tablet per day, and I've had plenty of practice at that over the years!

Regards,

Rick

Rick
