It depends on the individual and their condition. Though there may still be a chance to concieve, the chances are certainly less, and aren't getting any better without treatment. As I said, it depends on the individual, but I know that, personally, if I don't take my medications there is a danger of me developing a tumor in my pituitary gland due to the nature of my CAH. Talk to a health care professional about it and try to get some insurance or something together to pay for the meds sooner rather than later.
