CAH isn't progressive, but it's not unusual for people's meds needs to change over time. It's possible that I've always been mildly SWing but it's never been apparent until now.

As far as I know though, I'm the only person I've encountered who has gone this way, the usual change (if any) is to go on a lower dose of fludrocortisone.
