You could be on too low a cortisol dose. Your post gives the impression that you have only just received this news, have you yet had a full set of levels checked by an endocrinologist and your medication adjusted accordingly? To an extent, incorrect fludrocortisone levels could also contribute to a feeling of fatigue.

You also mention sleep problems in your title - if you mean that you also have issues with getting to sleep, avoid taking your evening dose of cortisol too late, as this can cause problems with some people with getting to sleep. As always, consult with your endo before changing your dosing schedule.
