Congrats on the birth of your new son!!
My son, Sean, is 6 mos old, and we had similar events. Sean's potassium continued to rise until the endocrinologist identified that he had Salt-Wasting CAH. My son was started on Sodium Chloride 23.4% 3ml every eight hours, and his potassium returned to "normal" over 4-5 days.
