Have you not read "Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia - A Parents Guide", by CY Hsu and Scott Rivkees? This is an excellent book, published in 2005 and written by a parent and a doctor which is easy to understand and very in depth, covering all aspects of CAH. I think this book is a must for all parents, so if you haven't read it, would recommend you get yourself a copy!
