re: Law suit

We seriously considered it. Our original endo did a poor job educating us on CAH. My children were oversupressed, which affected their weight, height,  health, and behaviour. It was a nightmare that we are still trying to recover from.

We were lucky to find the right endo, and now my kids are well-cared for. I am greatful for that.

We decided not to persue a lawsuit, because we knew they were on the right track. Any lawsuit will take years. I coudn't afford to take the time off from work to confer with attorneys. I needed to keep my job because I give my kids their health benefits.

We chose to cut ties with the pediatric group. My current endo wrote the"bad" endo a scathing letter, and discuss appropriate dosing.

I am just relieved that I am with an endo I trust. And CARES backs them up, as well as this message board.

I couldn't see how we could benefit from alawsuit.

Good Luck

Stephanie
