We had a very bad experience when he was days old...still waiting to make sure he had CAH. The Dr said if he pukes we are to go to the ER immediately well I am a 1st time mother, he started "puking" ( it was spit up but we had no idea)
At the ER they had to run around trying to find out what CAH was, in the mean time they stuck him everywhere for blood including his forehead and still got nothing, he was sooooo bruised and I was a mess. Then they said he needed a spinal tap (routine I found out later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I peeked in the room through my tears I saw my husband bending his little back over while they stuck his back with a needle. He was soo tiny and I'll never forget his screams! Then on top of that we had to stay the night and as soon as we got the the room they wanted to stick him more, I said NO WAY.
