boy those days seem so far back but yet those memories will stay with you forever as a mother. I heard every excuse when it came to taking her blood when she was younger. I remember one time I got sooo mad they stuck her 3 times(arm, leg, arm again) I finally got them to take it from the vein in her head she was about 2 years old that time and she had cried soo much her vein was swollen so to me there should be no reason why they couldn't stick her there and be done with it.
I have no information to help you in your search in LA but just to let you know your not alone. Do you have a Diagnostic center or a place where you can get x-rays, Ct scans, blood work Etc without having to go to the hospital ? My daughter now goes there in between Endo appointments but our Endo has their own LAB in office which helps. the lady there has been doing labs on children for over 25 years and I am very grateful to her. She always gets blood the first try and as a parent we can't ask for more than that.
