You sure have the that right Danny. Some Dr's are so full of book smart that they look at you when you know more about the condition than they do. Or they ask you well how did you know he had this and this. Well in either new born screening or I had him tested. Well why did you have him tested well. then you explain again. I just thought that lady was freaken rude!! She caught me off guard. That is for sure. I know my son might have to live with me forever but you know he is only 4 he likes to help cook, clean. mow the yard, he is starting to talk finally Not in sentences but words he will say. I was just trying to think of the positive things and when you have someone tell you that you should have not had children well what she does not know is that I did have two miscarriages after my youngest. But I was not about to tell her that!!!. Thank you aimee and danny. I am going to say something to her about being positive about things in life. What she needs to know is that there are some people that are borned to either have children with special needs or to adopt children with special needs!! That is just the way it is. And those of us who are blessed to have these children all need a huge pat on the back for all the good that we do for our children. You know that would just be like if I was still with my son's father and we decided to have another child and that child had a risk of having cah I would still have a baby. I dont know i was just so upset by her rude comments that I think sometimes the parents with special needs are so much smarter than The Doctors Who go to school and get paid the Big BuckS!!!!!!
