What meds are you taking?

I am a 41 yr. old female I also have SWACH

Long term steroid use causes many of the symptoms you are describing. Try looking up your meds on WebMD.

Stress and a suppressed imune system due to steroid use are very much a problem.

I would make an appointment with your Dr. and write down the symptoms you are experiencing and go over them with your Endo.
