I also sympathize with you! My daughter is working on her top and bottom molar teeth and it's making us all miserable. We use tylenol and orajel, along with Teething Tablets that you can buy from walmart. They're one of those homeopathic remedies, but some parents here will tell you not to use those. It works for us, and that's all you can ask for.
