My daughter that has SWCAH that is now almost 11 years old teethed HORRIBLY! I don't think she slept a full night until she got all her teeth in. So my condolences are with you. We never stressed dose for it. We just gave Tylenol or Motrin, infant drops. AND that gum numbing stuff Ambesol. I used to be SO tired at night from walking the floors with her crying on my shoulder that I used to wake up with my fingers stuck together from all the Ambesol. It was in my hair, on my chest. UGH. This too shall pass, just remember that. Before you know it the tooth fairy will be flying through to pick up those teeth that caused you SO many sleepless nights! Take care. Stay strong!
