Hi there, I can't speak for Sprionolactone, but I was diagnosed with NCAH and my endo put me on yaz to regulate my levels. I was terrified about side effects, such as loss of libido, weight gain, etc., but it has been amazing! The only side effects I really notice are vaginal dryness and burping (haha), which I can live with. My 19 y/o sister is also on it, and loves it.
