If you mean 'android' as being male-like, then absolutely yes!

Once the excessive male hormones are brought under control then the body fat distribution seems to become more feminine, however this does not necessarily mean that one won't have other 'fat' issues if that is what is concerning you. 

Corticosteroids are generally used in all but the least severe CAH cases. Some very mild non-classic CAH people do not need steroids as other antiandrogen medications are sufficient. I'm not sure of the efficacy of antiandrogens alone in changing an android shape though - others may have some experience with this.

An example of corticosteroid medications in case you are not familiar with them are: Hydrocortisone, Prednis/ol/one, Dexamethasone.
