re: CAH and intense exercise
Jul. 7th, 2008   5:23am

If you are exercising every day that would be the cause the cause of the muscle fatigue.  The body needs a day of rest every week to recover even if you don't have CAH.  Are you also eating enough calories including complex carbs to cope with the exercise?  It could be low blood sugar that is causing you to pass out so it might be a good idea to look at what you are eating before your workout.  Complex carbs a few hours before and maybe some fruit just before.  I always have dried fruit to have during a workout incase I start to get dizzy.
