oops. sorry. what labs does your endo do to follow up/decide your dex dose? Jun. 29th, 2008 11:59pm
Hi. My endo tests to see if my dex dose is right by doing testosterone, DHEA, and DHEA-S? Is that right?
My levels came back low but still she wants to up the med. my testosterone was almost zero, my DHEA was low normal, but my DHEA-S was 26. And that's on 0.25 dex, and she wants me to go back up to 0.5, which she insists is a very small dose.
I'm not comfortable with this, but I don't know enough to explain to her why. I mean, is this oversuppression? I feel like crap already on 0.25.
