Okay. I must have misinterpeted what you've previously said about your cortisol levels. I'd prefaced my comment with an "if".
I think you might find that people here and elsewhere recommend licorice to each other for their cah and/or pcos. Though, I guess I'd forgotten that soy beans are a deadly poison.
