re: re: re: Dex & Yasmine update

Hey that makes me remember that I used to get a migraine on the first day of my period every month. Never failed. I'm sure it is hormonal, no doubt. I also got severe migraines while on a high dose of Dex, I was even dxed with Fibromyalgia on .75mg of Dex. I don't have no where near the pain I used to have. Everything in my head, neck and back would just draw up so tight and I would get chronic migraines. For me anything could triiger them from food to just getting mad, light, or stress or even not enough sleep.

I do work out at least four days a week now and I really think that, that has made a big difference headache wise. Since I tend to get sinus headaches that turn into migraines, it helps that when I work out my sinus's drain or the mucus thins out or something to that effect. I don't know.

Anyway I feel for ya, I hate a headache. I had babies and didn't cry in labor, lol, but believe me, I have shed a tear with a migraine or 2 in my life!! TTYL, hope ya feel better.

M1
