Although, I'm not very good at it- I find yoga actually really heplful to deal with having CAH and other things.
Also, a good walk/jog does wonders too : ) Not saying that I do it a lot but I've found it helpful when I have.
It's a great idea to get the thyroid checked considering what counts as borderline has been moved. I have a genetic thyroid condition as well that is very common.
