Hi Em, Thanks for sharing. I myself have pcos, and also have anxiety and panic attacks, and am on celexa, and clonazepam. It's helpful to know that this anxiety is part of LOCAH. I'll see what the best way to deal with it is. I don't want to have to go the SSRI route, at least not yet, so i'll see about breathing CBT, and other techniques. thanks.
