So, I'm pretty new to this CAH stuff...I was just diagnosed a month or so ago. I've struggled a majority of my life with depression, and the last 4 or 5 months it's been pretty bad. Can depression be a symptom of CAH? If so, how do you all go about treating it? I've been going to a counselor since July, and it hasn't been helping much. I'm taking birth control (sprintec, generic for orthocyclen) and .25 mg of dexmethasone. I know it's not the birth control causing it. I'm thinking of calling the doctor to see about it, but I don't know if I should call my endo or gyno. Any advice would be appreciated...thanks so much!
