you can die from CAH. From not only forgetting to take your tablets but it has to be for years. If you end up severely dehydrated your body will start to shut down. Also severe vomiting can possibly lead to death. Also having a ADRENAL CRISIS as our bodies cant handle it causing our immune system to break down even more.
