im going threw the same thing. im 11 years old and i do a lot of sports. i try to eat healthy things but sometimes i sneak bad food beacause i get really hungry. (i dont sneak food any more) i get a blood test every three or four months too. I found a program called The New Weigh. it helped me alot. I lost 5 pounds and i learned alot from it. they teach you what to eat and how much for one houre. after that you get an houre of excersise. they have two women or men come in and do some excersises with you. also you are in a group of people. its once a week and every time you go they weigh you so you can see how much you lost or ganed. if you gan dont worry about it they just say try a little harder next time. ill give u a tip I learned from it that helped me alot. ONLY HAVE JUNK FOOD 3 TIMES A WEEK.
