Unfortunatly my parents never told me i had surgeries. i found out at routine gynecologist appointment that something wasn't right. I was horrified, ashamed & embarressed all at once. I think i was 20 at the time. So i never knew anything was wrong until the doctor showed me. But now i know I definatley don't look like a normal women down there. I have no idea who did my surgery or where it was done. I'm glad u are able to talk to your daughter about this stuff. I went my whole life thinking i was normal & OK & then i found out the disturbing info about my surgeries so late in life. Now im dealing with problems & complicatoins (physical & mental) from the surgries that should have been dealt with years ago instead of during the prime of my life. (in my 20's)
