As a mom, you need to let your sister know. I do hope you realize this is genetic, your sister may be a carrier. Now I know the odds, but my husbands nephew and his wife had a baby w/same SWCAH!! They were very calm about this, because they saw thier cousin grow up andblonde and beautiful, appear happy and lives a "normal" life. You can always approach her, when the time is right--you'll know when!
