It sounds like everyone posting here indicates that women with CAH have decent chances of being able to become pregnant and even giving birth vaginally. That's good to hear!

Some questions:
do any of you have SW CAH? I'm wondering if that may make it more difficult to conceive because the CAH is more severe.
Also, do any of you have trouble with regular periods?

I was diagnosed with SW CAH at birth and have been taking medication for it my whole life. For the most part I've been on a pretty low dose of Prednisone and a very low dose of Florinef. But, ever since I hit puberty, I haven't been able to have periods. I've been on and off birth control (Ortho Tri-cyclin) to help simulate regular periods. Occasionally, when I'm off birth control for a while, I'll have a few days of light spotting, but nothing more.
