Do you find the www.caresfoundation.org and/or other educational info helpful to explain CAH? A Texas CAH Group also has great down to earth info about CAH. When and if you are ever ready to tell someone on about CAH .....heck I didn't bring up CAH at 22 either but you could have that info to support you in telling someone or you could also have them stop by your Endo.
