Thanks for posting this.

I'm an adult with CAH who is perfectly well adjusted, a PhD student, and a female to male transsexual who transitioned as soon as I hit adulthood.

I am very, very grateful that I have a mother that took the attitude that I am who I was meant to be. Even though she knew nothing about raising a parenting a child like me, especially as a gay, gender confused teenager, she just loved me and quit trying to change me a long time ago. She was fighting a losing battle, that's for sure!

To some others - fighting against nature will only serve to alienate your children! Let us live as who we are meant to be, whether that be gay, straight, trans or otherwise. Acceptance is the key.

All the best to you and your kids.

Ryan
