I think you need to take some baby steps in getting some of this bottled up stuff off your chest (more about the chest later). After all, you've taken the first steps by sharing your feelings here on this board. Let someone else know about you having CAH and your experiences. You indicate that you have friends and family beyond your parents. What about a best girlfriend? Even though it will be awkward and uncomfortable I believe you will be very surprised at what it will do for you. It will be somewhat liberating and therapeutic. Trust me. Give it a whirl.
The post about the flat chest. I can relate. Victoria's Secret. I don't shop there. I'm in the A, sometimes AA area. It's not so much the size that bothers me it's that they are funny shaped. I've thought about having surgery but ruled it out for a couple reasons. First, my mom would probably disown me. And, second, I don't think they're fixable. I checked out those before and after breast augmentation sites and noticed the women that have boobs similar in shape to mine just end up with much bigger oddly shaped boobs. You can always try gaining a bunch of weight and see if it goes to your boobs first! Just kidding.
