I am 24 as well, with no labia minor, no clitoral hood and clitoromegaly. All my life I believed it was normal, until i saw an a picture of a normal one. I had surgery at birth, then one at around 16, but still not enough. I have sensationon my clitoris, but it is way stronger in one half than the other. Doctors asked me if i wanted another -plasty, but risk loosing sensation. I went to a gyno a few weeks ago, and she was surprised to see the bad reconstruction. She wanted to do a pap, but questioned if it was possible. She told me she would need to use a small speculum, and it still might be painful.
