I have extra skin tab too. Makes it impossible to use tampon and I'm way too small to have sex. The gyno said I'm so small that dilators aren't gonna work b/c I'm too small for the smallest size. He said i'll need surgery to be able to have sex. But even if I get the surgery I'll be able to have a baby naturally. I will have to do a c- section. But for obvious reasons I'm very reluctant to have surgery down there after the disaster my last surgery has become.
