I'm 22 and have CAH. I had vaginoplasty and clitoriplasty when i was a newborn & found out about it only a few years ago by accident at a routine gynecologist appointment. my parents never told me about it so i never realized i was different until the gynecologist told me something didn't look right. He showed me what a typical vagina looked liked & mine definatley looked nothing like that. I don't have a labia minor & no clitoral hood or clitorial sensation. i only have a tiny bit of skin covering my clitoris. I just recently found out who did my surgery but the doctor is no longer alive so i know nothing about it & my parents just avoid the issue completley & tell me i'm fine. ive never had sex & now i'm extremely afraid of what a guy is gonna think. I feel like such a freak & there is nothing i can do to fix it. The only option is plastic surgery but obviously i'm not gonna let another doctor mess around down there. enough damage has been done. I'm sorry i don't have answer as to why our doctors didn't do a better job. I wish i did. just wanted to let u know u r not alone.
