Michael I suggest that you could post this message on the main message board - you may get some more responses there.
What a double whammy for you and your family!
Most paediatric endocrinologists would be conversant with Type 1 Diabetes I'm sure, so perhaps the endo you see for your son's CAH may be able to treat both conditions. You may also need to let people know which country/area you live in if you want a name of a physician who has treated both.
