I think I had some surgery when I was 2 1/2.  I wish they had left my clitoris alone.  My husband would have preferred my sexual functioning be better and my appearance 'funny' than that I look good and take 2 hours to finish.  What do you t hink?  Men usually keep their wives after a mastectomy, so my guess is that anyone who really loves her would accepts a little bit of uniqueness.  They didn't remove my clitoris (barbaric) but I believe "recessed" it.  I can see a scar over it and to one side.  I'm sure they were careful, but my guess is I lost about half the nerve function in it.

As far as fixing a vagina, I don't know about that.  Mine is small  (about 1/3 to 1/2 normal, I'm guessing, but a normal length).  It has sensation in it.  I don't know if they did anything to it.  I did have a cystoscopy to dilate my urethra, which was to prevent bladder infections.  My urethra is right next to my vagina, so I had about 50 bladder infections and interstitial cystitis.  The sensation of having to pee all the time became less when I took imipramine,  an antidepressent.  It doesn't bother me anymore.  I noticed I usually got an infection after sex, and havent' had sex in 13 years, so maybe that's why.  HINT:  Before sex, drink 2 glasses of water.  Immediately afterwards, pee.  It might flush out some bacteria, anyway it reduced the number of infections I experienced.  So romantic!
