Reflexology is the method of treating various parts of the body by pressing on certain points on the foot, hand or ear. The food, in my experience is the most efficient. I'm very skeptical of odd things like that and was amazed at how consistently reflexology has proven to do exactly what it is claimed to do in regards to treatment. It's sometimes called accupressure.
