I came across some studies a while ago that showed soy to lower androgen levels signficantly (like by 1/3 in some cases). I know soy is kinda controversial, but since I'm asian anyway, I figure what was good for my ancestors is good for me too, at least in moderation. My hormone levels have been much better for the past couple years. It might just be that I'm getting older, but I've also cut most processed foods out of my diet and have been eating more organic and soy products.
