I live in Appleton, Wisconsin, USA. I just love this web linking us all together from all over the world!! I have tried some alternative medicines, but certainly not everything, especially due to finances. I've tried Progesterone cream. Progesterone is a building block for Cortisol. There seemed to be some initial support revealed in my kids' labs, however, it only lasted for a few months, therefore I do not know if it was actually the cream. I've tried kneisilology, iridology, chiropractor, allergy relief all coupled with many, many different natural supplements - with no luck. I also tried a diet of totally organic everything, eliminating all hormones along with pesticides, hydrogentated oils, chemicals, etc. Still no positive result from their adrenals.
Since my children and my husband & I are going through genetic testing and the more I learn, I do not see how ANYTHING can replace a mutated enzyme located in our adrenal glands. However, I do understand how we can help strengthen our adrenals with alternative medicines.
I am always open to new ideas/findings!! Angela, please share what you are doing! Thanks!
