I take on board what you say Lily and I will need to give more thought to the implications of the untreated 21-hydroxylase deficient CAH male.
However there is no doubt that the term definitely applies to feminised or insufficently masculinised CAH males (XY) with eg. 17alpha hydroxylase deficiency which although rarer is also very significant - so I was not demeaning their experience in any way whatsoever.
