CAH in males is not considered to be intersex, unless you also believe that a larger than normal penis to be non-standard (no one does--in fact, as you likely know, it is revered). It's unfortunate that those are not treated in the same way that larger than normal clitorises are. I suspect things would change quickly if larger than normal penises started to be cut down in size.
