It has just come to my attention that the paper you quote is an old one written by the very doctors the have written the 2009 paper. I have actually become quite concerned about the prevalance of TART in adult males with CAH and I have been corresponding with a doctor in The Netherlands who has done a lot of research on the subject He certainly isn't keeping you up-to-date as the paper was published in the beginning of 2009, you might be interested to get the full paper from him as this one is an update on the one you quote.
