I know it's a while since you originally sent your email, however I have only just recently found this website and thought I would try and get in contact with you. I'm still not sure which country you are from, but I hope this information helps.
I am involved with an organisation called CLAN (www.cahclan.org), which is dedicated to assisting families living with CAH in developing countries. We are unable to assist with costs associated to surgery, due to the number of people who do need assistance with medical costs. However, we are there as a support and a voice for CAH families.
We are an Australian based organisation and are mostly involved in countries in South East Asia, solely because of the contacts we have made so far.
