Our daughter is now 18 months old, but when she was younger (under 1) she was quite small and very chubby in the face. She was also quite small in comparison to a couple of her friends (only 5 and 6 weeks older than her). Her endo always said this would be the case until she 'grows into her medication'! And probably a few months ago she had a huge growth spurt and the 'chubbyness' in her face has gone. She is now very close in height to her friends.
I'm sure if your endo says her levels are fine...then all you have to do is wait it out (your bub is still very young) and hopefully she will shoot up when she's good and ready just like our little one!
