re: Travel overseas to countries like Bali, anyone done with CAH kids? Jul. 20th, 2007 4:03am
I have 3 kids with my eldest who is 8 has SWCAH. We are trying to decide on a holiday for early next year and would love to go overseas. I would love to take them to Bali as it's so cheap for a family holiday from Perth but worry if Jesse picks up a bug and also taking his meds and solu-cortef with needles how we would go (all the media reports on drugs makes me a bit nervous). Other options are places like Cook Islands but they also are sort of third worldish. We have flown within Australia with his needles on board with a letter from his doctor, no worries but it would be nice to go somewhere different. Jesse hasn't been sick for years and seems to have a cast iron stomach so I thought I'd try other holiday places. Can anyone help with their own experiences.?
