I'm in Melbourne and I know of a few places families have stayed while their daughter's have had surgery.
I'm happy to give you a list and I can also give you the contact details for Elizabeth Loughlin. She is the Social Worker at RCH Melbourne and it would be very beneficial to email her if you haven't had contact with her before.
