Hi,
Must be difficult figuring out why night meds didnt work but you didnt say " how the night meds didnt work.". As in my gal's case, we do a blood test for testos and 17 OHP once every 5-6 months and adjust the hydrocort and fludrocort dosage accordingly.
Also, keeping an eye on how active she is helps. I would think the best person to advice accordinglky would be your Peads Endo. Best of Luck.
