I think that it should be between 3 and 6 months. As regards Tomboy activities, I wouldn't worry, I used to be like that, but my niece who is nonCAH is very like that, played cricket at school, got the scout green cord and also scout medal, but the best part was that she just liked being as good as or better than the boys.
