I can't speak for most states but have heard positive things about Dr Peter Borzi at the Mater Hospital in Brisbane, QLD.
I have also heard positive things about Prof. John Hutson at the Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne, VIC.
Hopefully other people on this site can recommend others, I personally can speak for Prof. Hutson as he did my daughter's surgery. It was an amazing job and a very positive experience. He also has had some recent studies done in the last year on the past 20 years of his surgery and has alot of data that substantiates his expertise on CAH surgery. He is also the surgeon for many other countries who fly their CAH patients to him because of his experience.
