WOOOPS! i just made a big mistake. What Rosalie said is exactly right. my humble apologies Rosalie. All the information in my message is still correct. But I was forgetting Alysia's boyfriend (hi robbie) was actually AFFECTED by CAH which means he has TWO NON-WORKING COPIES OF THE GENE!!!!!!!!
So his chance of passing a faulty copy on is 100% and if you are a carrier you have a 1/2 chance of passing the faulty copy on, therefore all children have 50% chance of being affected by CAH. Just like Rosalie said. sorry sorry sorry.
i guess I'm not still a student for nothing. anyway, i hope my little explanation made it easier to understand how it works.
